Abbas F. (“Eddy”) Zuaiter

Mr. Zuaiter is Co-Managing Member, CEO and CIO of Zuaiter Capital Holdings, LLC (“ZCH”), a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT.USA.

ZCH was formed as Mr. Zuaiter’s family’s principal investment arm after leaving Soros Fund Management, LLC (“SFM”). During his tenure at SFM (2002-2013), Mr. Zuaiter served in various capacities, including the role of Chief Operating Officer, a member of the SFM’s Executive, Investment Management, Capital Allocation and Risk Committees. SFM is a private investment firm founded by George Soros.

Prior to joining SFM, Mr. Zuaiter was a Partner in the Financial Services Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (“PwC”) (1994-2002). At PwC he served some of the most significant private and public financial institutions in the word.

Mr. Zuaiter graduated with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University where he currently serves on the University’s Board of Advisors for the McDonough School of Business and Georgetown University’s Board of Regents.

Abbas and his wife Samar are the proud parents of three accomplished young women.

After spending 24 years with Arthur Andersen, Aldo Cardoso served as their worldwide CEO till 2003, as well as Chairman of their Worldwide Board from 2000 to 2003.

Aldo Cardoso is a Senior Advisor for Deutche Bank and a consultant and advisor to several leading European companies. Philippe de Fontaine Vive – Former Vice President of the European Investment Bank

Philippe de Fontaine Vive was Senior Vice-President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), from 2003 to 2015. He was responsible for operations, innovation, and corporate social responsibility in France and the Mediterranean partner countries. He also chaired the EIB Institute’s Supervisory Board. During his term of office, he was successively in charge of financial operations, SME financing in Europe, and external communication. He is an independent Board member of BMCE Bank of Africa in Casablanca where he chairs the risk committee.

A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and a former student at the National School of Administration (ENA), Philippe de Fontaine Vive began his career at the French Treasury Department, where he was successively responsible for banks, insurance, transport and urban planning, debt, the development of emerging markets, state holdings and the financing of the State and economy.

Philippe de Fontaine Vive has also been an alternate Director at the World Bank in Washington (1990-1992), International Affairs Adviser to the Minister of Economy and Finance (1994-1995), and Vice-President of the Paris Club (1996-2000).

Born in Marseille, France, Philippe de Fontaine Vive is highly committed to promoting the development and especially the global outreach of Marseille and Provence. He created and co-chaired the Office of Economic Cooperation for the Mediterranean and the Middle East (OCEMO) and is also Founding Chairman of the Massilia Mundi association.
He is an officer of the Legion of Honour and Officer of the National Order of Merit.

Zoujaj is the largest investor in glass and related products among GCC countries. Zoujaj has also investments in three companies of which Yousef Abalkhail is also the Chairman. He is on the Board of (i) Arabian Pipes company, a Saudi public traded company who’s main activities include the production of longitudinally welded steel pipe and coated for pipelines; (ii) AXA Cooperative Insurance Company, a Saudi public traded company; (iii) SHUAA capital Saudi Arabia, and; (iv) Qassem Cement Company, a publically traded Saudi company with turnover of above $170 million.

Yousef Abalkhail holds an M.S. in Information Technology from the University of Southern California, USA, and a B.S in Computer Science from Point-Luma University, California, USA.
